Property plans for the financier's secluded tropical island among the images.
Additionally included in this new image release seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the substantial island by constructing residences, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
You can see the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, noted on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is covered in notations in red and contains a key labelling different sections of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be nine other site drawings and architectural plans, featuring layouts for dock shelters.
Additional images made public as part of the current investigative process.
